How do I connect to my mail boxes?

Once we have set up your mail boxes you can connect to them. The username is simply your email address. So username is name@yourdomain.co.uk (or com etc) and then use the password we have given you. We will also configure for you any forwards that you require.

To then collect your emails you will need to go to your email program and then select settings or in Outlook for example it is Tools and then E mail Accounts. Once you are there click new or create new account it POP3. Then enter the relevant details as they are requested. For setup on your phone and for computers with Vista you may only be asked for email address and password it will then attempt to login to your mail box and if it fails you may then have to try again with and unencrypted connection, do this and it should be successful this time.

 

Here are the basic setting that you will need:


Username: Your email address in full. Eg John@yourdomain.co.uk

Password: Use the password we provided


Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk

Server requires authentication and uses port 26
